But walking all day in high heels while maintaining your balance is not an easy task. Although there are some tricks that can help you and some simple rules to keep in mind.
One of them is to start with a heel of about 5 cm. and gradually increase it, as well as with a slightly wider base heel. You can even start by walking barefoot, using your toes, then moving on to your shoes.
It is important to maintain the posture constantly when walking, bearing in mind that the heel should always be placed first, followed by the rest of the foot.

The steps should be shorter than those usually done with flat shoes, and great care must be taken with slippery areas. When going up and downstairs we must support the whole foot on the step.
