There are many people who wish they could strengthen their chest muscles. And also like to increase the pectorals, which is something perfectly possible if the appropriate exercises are performed for it. We list below some techniques that will allow us to develop the pectorals quickly.
- Lying on the floor face down with your legs straight, with each hand at the corresponding shoulder distance, raise your body until your elbows are straight, and then lower it again. Keep going until you can’t do it anymore, although the ideal is to do at least 3 sets of 15.
- Do weights stretched out on a bench, with your feet on the ground. It is one of the best exercises for the pecs. Try to do 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps.
- Lie down on the floor on your side and, with the help of one of your hands, raise your body, staying that way for 3 seconds. Next, lift the leg and arm that are not on the floor, holding it for 3 more seconds. Repeat the exercise on both the left and right sides.

It is advisable not to do these exercises for more than 30 minutes in a row, as you can damage your muscles. And try not to work your muscles too much, being advisable to do it only a couple of times a week.
