How to Get Abs?

How to Get Abs?

April 21, 2019 by Daniel Johnson Leave a Comment

There are many people who are wanting to get a well-defined abs, a desire that with effort and perseverance can become reality. But there are several factors that we must take into account to achieve this goal.

One of them is to banish the false belief that only by doing repetitive exercises every day of sit-ups are we going to get it, since there are other elements to be taken into account.

In fact, there are other exercises, such as lifting weights, which gives shape to the muscle and allows you to reach these desired abs, while the exercises we talked about are useful, once achieved, to define them.

To Get Good ABS

There are five golden rules, all of which must be taken into account.

1.- Burn fat: Sometimes the muscle is not seen simply because there is fat on it. To eliminate it we must also perform cardiovascular exercises and carry out a diet low in calories and carbohydrates.

2.- Proof: The abdominal fat is the most difficult to eliminate, and as a consequence the last one generally disappears, and this is only achieved through exercises and diet. Consistency is essential, since it is a long-term objective.

3.- Frequency: The training should be done about 3 times a week, because if it is performed daily the muscle becomes saturated, and it is necessary to rest.

4.- Variety: The basic exercises that we all know when doing crunches are not the only ones, and we should try to vary them for a better result.

5.- Progressive difficulty: As the days go by, not only do we have to continue doing the exercises, but we must try to increase their difficulty, since otherwise the muscles become accustomed to exercise and do not develop.
