Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you’re underweight:

  • Increase carbohydrates in your diet to twice what you consume frequently, to ensure that you are not hungry at any time of the day
  • Make between-meals or snacks rich in cereals , such as oats, wheat and wheat bran to increase fiber in the body
  • Consume at least 200 g of protein at each meal, that is, if you eat two strong meals in them, you should include, in addition to fiber and cereals, at least 400 g of protein daily.
  • Make time in the day or in your week to exercise daily or inter-daily 3 or 4 times a week, approximately 1 hour , where you specifically work some parts of the body, for example, pectorals, arms, legs and abdomen, With the help of an instructor who will tell you how to do the exercises and number of repetitions.
