Player of the Argentine national team, he is considered one of the best in his position, with high defensive potential. In 2000 UEFA named him a player of the year after winning the Champions League, the last game he played with Madrid to later go to Milan.

Mauro Silva

The most beloved Brazilian midfielder in La Coruña, with whom Deportivo won the League and the Copa del Rey thanks to his way of playing. With Brazil, he won a World Cup in the 94 championships, held in the United States. Even the mayor promised to put his name on a street in the city, although he still doesn’t have it. Anyway, it serves to understand the level it reached there.

Zinedine Zidane

Winner of the Golden Ball in 98, Zizou is on the list made by Pelé bringing together the best players in the world with FIFA. A survey among fans even named him the best European player in the last 5 decades. Michael Laudrup

Elegant and technical, Laudrup is one of the few players who has played for Barça and Madrid. He won 5 consecutive leagues, 4 with Barcelona and one with Madrid. He has trained several teams.

Bobby Charlton

You can’t talk about mythical players without the great Charlton coming through. One of the few survivors of the Munich disaster that left Manchester almost without a squad. With a team of substitutes, he was able to reach the final of the English Cup.

Enzo Francescoli

One of the best known in the selection of Uruguay, although at the country level he failed to emerge in the World Cup, but in the Copa América, which won 3 times and was second in one.

Ruud Gullit

Winner of many personal and club awards. This player of the legendary Milan of Sacci was one of the most glittering stars of the 80s. He even played at Chelsea at the end of his career combining this with the task of a coach.

Socrates

Another of the stars who saw the 80. With a great vision of the game and a very elegant style, especially noted for dribbling. Almost his entire career was in Brazil, except for a season that was in Fiorentina.

Diego Armado Maradona

The Fluff, the Hand of God, 10, the Cosmic Kite, little can be said of Maradona that has not been said already.

Michel Platini

Noted for his ability and a powerful shot, he is one of the players who have scored the most goals in his position and the nightmare of one of the best goalkeepers. He is considered the best footballer that France has had to date.

How about? If you think that one of these should not be and that it would be better if there was another, you have the comment box at your disposal.
